1. How much money does moving cost?
Our charges are as follows: One bedroom house is ksh.10,000 -14,000, 2 bedroom is 15,000 – 18,000, Three bedroom house is ksh 19000- 25,000. These costs are only applicable for moves within Nairobi. These costs may be higher depending on distance and items. For houses over three or office moves, a site visit is before you get your quote. All our charges are very much inclusive.
How Much do you charge for landscaping? Can I get a quote ASAP for my garden?
Our pricing is tailored to each project based on several key factors, including but not limited to:
-Property Condition; Factors such as topography, soil quality and existing features
-Property Size: The overall area to be landscaped.
-Scope of work: Whether design, implementation, renovation or maintenance.
-Time Constraints; Projects with tight deadlines may require additional resources.
To ensure accurate pricing, we offer site visits to do an assessment. This allows us to gather necessary details and provide quotation tailored to your specific needs.

How long will I wait before I receive a moving quote?
Once we receive your inquiry, we shall call you to get a clear description of the services you need. Afterwards, you shall receive your moving quote within 5 minutes. Moves involving houses over 3 bedrooms and office moves, the quote might take longer if we have to come and do a survey
How do you deal with damage and loss?
Tois Movers comprises of a team of well-trained staff, who will handle your belongings with utmost care. In some unfortunate cases, some accidents are unavoidable. If any of your goods, handled by us, is damaged or broken, we shall take full responsibility. We shall repair in case of minor accidents and replace broken items. Client’s are required to report any damages 48 hours after the move for planning purposes.
Do you just Plant? I need walkways as well
Yes we do!
Not only do we deal with plant material, we do hard landscaping as well, including walkways. Hard landscaping is all about the solid, built features in an outdoor space that help shape and organize the space.
Think of walkways, patios, fence, small walls, decks, etc; they provide structure, define areas, and make a space more usable and beautiful.
What services are included in a house/office move?
We provide packaging materials i.e.. Boxes, kitchen wraps, shrink wraps, bubble wraps etc.. We come in and do the packing, load the items on our truck and upon arrival to your new home, we unpack the items and arrange your house. NB: You should be there when house set up is being done to help with item placement, not to work but just to point directions you want your items placed
How long will my house move take
This will greatly depend on the distance and items involved. On average a normal house move takes 4 hours.
. Will you unmount my TV and mount it in my new house?
Yes. We handle Tv mounting, DSTV and electric installations. However, you have to inform us before you receive your quote. This way, we will incorporate all charges to provide an all inclusive moving quote with no hidden charges. If not, this may attract additional charges.
